We're Hiring: Robotic Technician We're looking for a skilled Robotic Technician to join our client's team. If you're passionate about robotics, maintenance, and continuous improvement, this could be the perfect opportunity for you Key Responsibilities: Perform maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on robotic equipment and welding systems while ensuring quality standards are met. Participate in the Preventative Maintenance Program (PMP) and downtime reduction initiatives, completing checklists and documenting work orders in the MVP system. Maintain spare parts inventory, prepare shift reports, and advise on potential issues with solutions to minimize production interruptions. Assist in training new robotic technicians, including junior staff and apprentices. Implement new technologies and participate in continuous training to improve productivity, quality, and compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Recommend and support equipment efficiency improvements, cost reduction initiatives, and the development of safety and operational procedures. Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving. Must have hands-on experience with robotic equipment and welding processes. Requirements Completion of post-secondary education in welding and/or a robotics-related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Robotic Technician. Experience with pneumatic, hydraulic, and mechanical systems. Proficiency in MIG, TIG, and stick welding. Good knowledge of manufacturing equipment, processes, and basic electrical systems. Excellent problem-solving abilities and communication skills.
