I'm looking for an Administrative Assistant for an accounting firm in Longueil.
Under the supervision of the Senior Secretary, you will work with the associates and all professional staff in the processing of various documents for our clientele, in particular :
- Layout of financial statements using Caseware software, general correspondence, assembly of various tables, organization charts, fee notes, etc.
- Revision, correction of French and syntax in financial statements and various correspondence
- Print, assemble and transmit corporate and personal tax returns to government authorities and clients
- Validate and follow archiving deadline requirements and digitize documentation related to customer files
- Fill in for the receptionist and greet customers on a reduced daily basis
- Perform various accounting data entries
- Photocopying and collating
- DEC in office automation or recognized secretarial training (DEP)
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in data processing in an accounting firm or professional environment is an asset
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and facility with Acrobat Reader
- Good knowledge of Caseware software an asset
- Excellent command of written French. Bilingualism an asset
