About Us:
Garderie Éducative des Petits Joyeux is a dynamic and expanding daycare located in Montreal. We are seeking a reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support the owner, who is based in British Columbia. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate with daycare staff, clients, and external vendors.
- Respond to inquiries on social media and manage basic social media updates.
- Assist in organizing meetings, events, and projects.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on assigned tasks.
- Handle other administrative tasks as required.

Qualifications:

- Fluency in both English and French is required.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proactive and able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience in customer service, administration, or a similar role is a plus.
