What You’ll Be Doing The scope of your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Develop and maintain effective sales and marketing efforts to maximize Small Business loan growth, deposit growth and sales of peripheral products to help our members succeed in business Understand and be proficient in our current Business Banking and Retail Banking products and services, relevant policies, and legislation by regularly reviewing literature, attending meetings and training sessions Provide credit-based Business solutions within your Small Business lending limit Support Retail Branches through meetings and/or conference calls on product knowledge for Small Business What You Bring Exceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to work full time while the Small Business Advisor Partner is away Easily identify opportunities to create efficiencies within the partnership Minimum two to five years progressive experience in most facets of lending and sales in retail and small business Working knowledge of consumer and residential mortgage lending practices and products Experience working and developing relationships with internal and external partners Related post-secondary education an asset Benefits Competitive compensation including performance-based incentive pay and profit share Training & Development Opportunities Career Advancement Potential Flexible work options Meaningful work towards individual and corporate goals Opportunities to get involved and give back through an employee volunteer program At Servus, our employees are also members.
