Reporting to the Service Manager, the Jr. Service Advisor will work closely with the Service Advisor to provide support and service to our customers. In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn and develop which will set you up well for future career growth in an ever-evolving industry

**Job Duties/Responsibilities**:

- Answer incoming customer calls to book appointments for service, recalls, and pre-books
- Listen to the customer’s description of vehicle symptoms and ask further questions to gather information on the nature of their vehicle’s mechanical problem
- Create work orders, describing customer concerns to help technicians diagnose what repairs are needed
- Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of vehicle
- Prepare detailed estimates on parts and labour for recommended work
- Assist the Service Lane with other duties such as cash-outs and moving vehicles
- Exceptional customer service and verbal communication skills including the ability to listen and use tact, sensitivity, empathy, and professionalism when interacting with customers
- The ability to develop relationships to ensure customer loyalty
- A great attitude with the mindset to grow and learn
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
- Proven time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple demands
- A basic understanding of vehicle maintenance is an asset
- A valid Driver's License
