Position Overview

Hammehr invites applications for the role of Head of Finance Transformation on behalf of our client for a permanent opportunity. This role focuses on transforming finance operations by leveraging digital solutions and process redesign to improve efficiency and impact. What You’ll Do

  • Lead finance transformation initiatives by identifying process improvement opportunities, redesigning workflows, and driving adoption across the organization.
  • Collaborate with finance leaders and business stakeholders to align finance strategies with organizational goals and ensure transformation remains a priority.
  • Evaluate and implement finance technology solutions, staying current with industry trends and best practices to inform decision-making.
  • Oversee the development of transformation roadmaps, including objectives and key results (OKRs), while ensuring progress is tracked and communicated effectively.
  • Manage cross-functional projects, coordinating resources, documenting workflows, and addressing challenges as they arise.
  • Develop change management strategies to support smooth transitions and promote long-term adoption of new systems and processes.
  • Act as an advisor to senior leadership, providing insights and recommendations on transformation strategies and investment priorities.
  • Build partnerships with business leaders to secure necessary resources and establish governance frameworks for transformation initiatives.


Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale finance transformation and process improvement initiatives in complex environments.
  • Proven success with ERP or finance systems implementation, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
  • Strong background in Agile practices and methodologies, with hands-on experience guiding project execution.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, build stakeholder relationships, and communicate effectively with executive leadership.


Preferred Qualifications

  • CPA or Six Sigma designation, supporting process optimization and financial leadership.
  • Familiarity with advanced finance technology solutions, including automation platforms and cloud-based systems.
  • Experience in change management, guiding teams through operational shifts while promoting long-term success.
  • Strategic planning skills, including the ability to define objectives, set key results, and measure progress.
  • Leadership experience, managing direct reports and developing talent within a transformation-focused environment.
