Role Overview We are looking for an Application Specialist for several of our critical tools. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented individual who can manage the following: Application Support Creation and maintenance of user accounts. Monitor daily jobs, resolve issues or elevate to next level support. Resolve or elevate client support issues. Business Process Review & Documentation Identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies in processes or documentation. Create and maintain case documentation and status updates. Document case details including resolution updates to ensure quality control. Screening Criteria Education Bachelor’s degree or diploma from a recognized university or a technical college diploma in any Business or IT‑related field. Equivalent combination of education and direct experience may be considered. Experience Significant experience in Customer Service in an IT Environment. Comprehensive knowledge of Azure DevOps and case tracking standards. Comfortable working independently in a diverse IT environment. Significant experience defined as depth & breadth normally gained over one (1) year or more. Condition of Employment Reliability Status: Background verification over a period of 5 years. A thorough security clearance process will be applied. Language Requirements English. Information on language requirements and self‑assessment tests available. Assessment Criteria Technical Competencies Solid experience in Azure DevOps. Providing basic technical support on application processes and troubleshooting steps. Prioritizing and managing end‑user ticket submissions impacting business productivity within a defined SLA. Identifying, implementing, and testing technical solutions in software applications. Creating and updating process and ticket tracking documentation with status updates and new technical solutions for work standards and best practices. Managing regular team reviews on issues, escalations and solutions. Comfortable managing unique customer scenarios in a diverse IT environment.
