What You’ll Be Leading You’ll own the full front-end sales operation: New & Used retail strategy Fleet and wholesale opportunities Daily sales meetings, one-on-ones, and coaching Lender relationships & deal structure optimization This isn’t “managing a floor” — it’s architecting a high-performance sales engine . You’re plugged into a leadership team that understands the reality on the ground and backs you to win. We’re transparent about the upside because we expect real performance. Total Compensation: $180,000 – $300,000+ per year (Performance-driven, tied directly to store results.) Plus: Demo vehicle Gas included Option to be paid as a contractor/corporation if that structure suits you better If you deliver, the platform will support you earning at the top end of that range and beyond. Who You Are You’ve led a sales team and can point to real, measurable results. You know how to recruit, onboard, and level up talent. You understand lender dynamics and aren’t rattled by complex deals. You’re comfortable with accountability — both giving it and living it. You like to win, but you also like building an environment people enjoy coming to work in. This role is for someone who expects a lot from themselves and from their team — and isn’t afraid of that standard.
