General Sales Manager

What You'll Be Leading

You'll own the full front-end sales operation:

  • New & Used retail strategy
  • Subprime / special finance growth
  • Fleet and wholesale opportunities
  • Daily sales meetings, one-on-ones, and coaching
  • Pace management & KPI discipline
  • Inventory, pricing & market positioning
  • Lender relationships & deal structure optimization

This isn't "managing a floor" — it's
architecting a high-performance sales engine

Compensation & Perks

We're transparent about the upside because we expect real performance.

Total Compensation: $180,000 – $300,000+ per year

(Performance-driven, tied directly to store results.)

Plus:

  • Demo vehicle
  • Gas included
  • Benefits
  • Option to be paid as a contractor/corporation
     if that structure suits you better

If you deliver, the platform will support you earning at the top end of that range and beyond.

  • You've led a sales team and can point to real, measurable results.
  • You know how to recruit, onboard, and
    level up
     talent.
  • You understand lender dynamics and aren't rattled by complex deals.
  • You're comfortable with accountability — both giving it and living it.
  • You like to win, but you also like building an environment people enjoy coming to work in.
