Pioneer Chrysler Jeep, part of the Pioneer Auto Group, is seeking a high-performing, operationally-minded **General Manager** to lead our flagship location in **Mission, British Columbia**. This is an exceptional opportunity for an elite leader in the automotive space to take charge of a well-established and high-volume operation with **over 1,500 vehicles in stock**, a strong leadership infrastructure, and a highly motivated sales, service, and F&I team.

**About the Role**

The General Manager will have full operational control of the dealership, including:

- Driving new and pre-owned vehicle sales volume and profitability
- Managing F&I and fixed operations (service & parts) performance
- Recruiting, developing, and motivating a high-performing team
- Collaborating with OEM partners (Stellantis) to achieve target rankings
- Leading compliance, customer satisfaction, and reconditioning metrics
- Maximizing gross profit while improving efficiency and team engagement
- Reporting directly to the Vice President of Sales, Tim Spencer

**Compensation & Relocation**
- **Total Compensation Range: $250,000 - $500,000+** (salary, bonuses, and overrides based on performance)

**What We’re Looking For**
- Proven experience as a General Manager, GSM, or high-level Sales Manager in a high-volume dealership
- Strong understanding of inventory, F&I, reconditioning, and fixed operations
- Ability to build and scale teams while driving accountability
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on KPIs, gross profit, and CSI
- Strong leadership presence and communication skills
- Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram or Stellantis experience is a major asset
