CXM Senior Business Analyst

Overview Our client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst with Customer Experience Management (CXM) experience to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives in a public sector environment. This role is suited to a customer focused professional with 7+ years of business analysis experience working on complex business transformation and case management solutions. The successful candidate will support DevOps delivery teams through requirements elicitation, functional specifications, fit gap analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, while also contributing to CXM standards, templates, and reusable program artifacts. Experience with CRM or CXM platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Oracle, along with cloud based SaaS or PaaS implementations, is a strong asset. This is an opportunity to help shape consistent, scalable, and citizen centric digital services. Contract details: 12 month contract to start. Remote position. Responsibilities Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Develop functional specifications and support integration and data related documentation Conduct current state to future state and fit gap analysis Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders and DevOps teams Support workflow automation, systems integration, testing, and reporting Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions Contribute to CXM standards, templates, and reusable analysis artifacts Ensure consistent, high quality business analysis deliverables Qualifications University degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline (or equivalent combination of education and experience) 7+ years of business analysis experience, including requirements elicitation, process design, and IT solution implementation 5+ years experience engaging with business and technical stakeholders, facilitating workshops, and producing analysis deliverables Experience with CRM or CXM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle) and cloud-based SaaS/PaaS implementations Knowledge of DevOps delivery practices and contributing to enterprise delivery frameworks or capabilities Experience in public sector or multi-entity environments is an asset Certification from a recognized professional business analysis association (e.g., PMI-PBA, IIBA-CBAP) is an asset Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills; customer-focused and proactive Summary If you're interested in learning more please submit your résumé and one of our senior Recruiters would be happy to give you a call to discuss further.
