Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage integration and API projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope completion.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure effective integration of systems and APIs.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for integration and API development.
- Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes to address challenges and optimize solutions.
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvements.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a strong focus on integration and API projects.
- Solid understanding of integration methodologies, API development, and web services (REST, SOAP, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and API management tools is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
