Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage integration and API projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and within-scope completion.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with internal and external teams to ensure effective integration of systems and APIs.
  • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices and standards for integration and API development.
  • Facilitate technical discussions and decision-making processes to address challenges and optimize solutions.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and opportunities for process improvements.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager, with a strong focus on integration and API projects.
  • Solid understanding of integration methodologies, API development, and web services (REST, SOAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, PMP).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Experience with integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi) and API management tools is a plus.
  • Ability to adapt to changing requirements and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
