Job Title: Technical IT Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical IT Project Manager to join our team at Trisotech. As a Technical IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and coordinate all activities of the project team and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery
  • Specify and confirm project mandates with clients and evaluate the resources needed for the project
  • Perform risk analysis and recommend contingency plans to ensure project success
  • Prepare and lead regular project meetings, monitor progress, and ensure deadlines are met
  • Write project progress reports and communicate results to stakeholders
  • Facilitate project work, monitor progress, and stimulate team engagement in an agile context
  • Collaborate with other project managers as part of a program of interdependent projects
  • Manage project resources and communicate needs and expectations to stakeholders
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in administration, information systems, or equivalent
  • Five (5) years of minimum relevant experience in IT project management, finance, and/or insurance
  • Certification in project management (PMP) - asset
  • Knowledge of RUP methodology - asset
  • Knowledge of the SCI Forma tool in project management - asset
  • Very good knowledge of spoken and written French
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships
