Our client, a leading full-service RV dealership in Canada, recognized for its nationwide presence, expert service, diverse RV selection, and dedicated team, is currently seeking an experienced Service Technician Supervisor to join their Abbotsford location and help drive their continued success

Your Role:
- Supervise and Mentor Technicians: Lead and guide a team of service technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and maintaining exceptional workmanship standards.
- Manage Shop Operations: Oversee daily work assignments, organize the shop, and ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.
- Ensure Compliance and Safety: Uphold company standards for cost control, waste reduction, repair quality, and safety, while proactively identifying and mitigating potential environmental and safety issues.
- Assist with Customer Inquiries: Partner with Service Advisors to address customer questions and ensure satisfaction with the services provided.
- Drive Performance and Efficiency: Work closely with management to boost technician productivity, achieve operational targets, and enhance overall service efficiency.
About You:
- Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team, fostering a positive, productive work environment.
- Industry Expertise: Extensive experience in automotive, mechanical, or related fields; RV experience is a strong asset.
- Commitment to Quality and Safety: A strong focus on maintaining high repair quality and safety standards, with a deep understanding of industry regulations and company protocols.
- Problem-Solving Ability: Skilled in identifying and resolving operational challenges, driving improvements in shop efficiency and productivity.
- Excellent Communication: Strong interpersonal skills, with a talent for ensuring positive interactions with both employees and customers.
