Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Production Supervisor to oversee our Service department. This role is essential in ensuring that our team of Service Technicians meets both quality and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisor will be responsible for:

  • Leading and supervising the activities of all service department technicians.
  • Providing training on service best practices, safety protocols, and company policies.
  • Ensuring the quality of workmanship through regular verification of services performed.
  • Coaching and mentoring technicians to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Identifying and addressing potential safety and environmental issues.
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of service requirements and distributing this information to the team.
  • Managing shop maintenance and repair work to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Collaborating with other departments to coordinate work activities and meet delivery objectives.
  • Recommending personnel actions such as hiring and promotions based on performance.
  • Acting as a Service Technician when necessary to support the team.
