Functional Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Red Seal certification or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of five years of experience in RV or automotive service.
  • Gas Certification and Forklift Ticket are advantageous.
  • Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • High adaptability and resourcefulness.
  • Ability to manage and implement company policies and objectives.
  • Proficient negotiation and prioritization skills.
  • Strong customer service and interpersonal abilities.

  • Awareness of health and safety regulations.
  • Management experience is a plus.

  • Physical ability to handle equipment and supplies exceeding 50 pounds.
