Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Educational Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience Requirement: Minimum one (1) year current courier experience. Technical Skills: Valid driver’s license with a good driving record; complete all basic and recurrency training (including DG specialist certification) each year. Current training in BP and defensive driving updates. Good understanding of FedEx products and general operations. Physical Ability: Lift 70 lbs and maneuver any package weighing up to 150 lbs with appropriate equipment. Knowledge of Canadian customs regulations and Federal Express operations is an asset. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Motivate, coach and train employees; prioritize and delegate in a time‑sensitive manner; excellent customer relations and analytical problem‑solving skills.
