The Waseskun healing community provides many interesting opportunities for working in an Indigenous healing environment with a diverse clientele. Working with the Executive Director and/or Deputy Director, the Office Manager's duties will include the following: Supervision of staff as required; Supervision and enforcement of exiting policies; Creating and maintaining a positive admosphere for staff and residents Networking with external resources All other duties as required for the efficent functioning of the Waseskun Healing Centre The ideal candidate would have the following qualifications: Ability to contribute to a positive healing environment for staff and residents; Good supervision and team work skills; Good communication skills; Ability to form positive networks with external resources; Relevant experience related to responsibilities of the organization; Ensuring the efficient running of the organization in cooperation with the Executive Director and other staff; All other duties as required by Waseskun.
