The Waseskun healing community provides many interesting opportunities for working in an Indigenous healing environment with a diverse clientele. Working with the Executive Director and/or Deputy Director, the Office Manager's duties will include the following:Supervision of staff as required;Supervision and enforcement of exiting policies;Creating and maintaining a positive admosphere for staff and residentsNetworking with external resourcesAll other duties as required for the efficent functioning of the Waseskun Healing CentreThe ideal candidate would have the following qualifications:Ability to contribute to a positive healing environment for staff and residents;Good supervision and team work skills;Good communication skills;Ability to form positive networks with external resources;Relevant experience related to responsibilities of the organization;Ensuring the efficient running of the organization in cooperation with the Executive Director and other staff;All other duties as required by Waseskun.
