Develop and deliver HR programs and initiatives to drive employee engagement. Ensure data integrity and utilization of dashboards to provide data driven decisions. Support the recruitment lifecycle, including posting requisitions & screening candidates. Liaise between candidates, new hires, hiring managers, and HR business partners to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.
