As we grow, we are expanding into boutique retail, wellness studios, and luxury stockists across Canada and we’re looking for a dynamic partner to help us get there. About the Role We are looking for a motivated, entrepreneurial Independent Sales Representative to develop and grow OURbody’s retail presence across the Quebec region. This commission-based role is ideal for a results-driven individual who thrives in autonomous, early-stage environments. This is a remote, field-based independent contractor role responsible for identifying, pitching, and closing retailer partnerships that align with OURbody’s mission and values. Key Responsibilities Identify and prospect new retail and wholesale accounts across Quebec, including boutiques, wellness studios, spas, cafés, and specialty stores. Present OURbody products with confidence, communicate brand values, and deliver samples strategically. Negotiate pricing, order quantities, and partnerships to close wholesale deals. Conduct in-person visits to potential accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers. Track all outreach, leads, and pipeline activity using OURbody’s shared CRM or dashboard. Act as the Quebec market representative at regional events, pop-ups, or trade opportunities when needed. Serve as the primary point of contact between Quebec retailers and the OURbody team. Provide market feedback and insights to support product, marketing, and expansion strategies. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, or field representation (CPG, wellness, beauty, or retail preferred). Based in Montreal and knowledgeable about the Quebec retail landscape. Proven ability to build relationships, present products, and close deals. Strong negotiation skills and comfort working with commission-based performance targets. Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently without daily oversight. Passionate about wellness, women’s health, and purpose-driven brands. Energetic, entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to grow with an early-stage company.
