We’re searching for an Account Executive who can bring our story to life by creating and maintaining strong client relationships. If you are someone who wants to build connections in a creative, dynamic environment where your success leaves a visible impact, then this is the role for you The compensation package includes a base salary supplemented by a structured incentive plan. The expected annual earning range is approximately $100,000 for strong performers, with top performers earning up to $125,000 per year. What You’ll be Doing: Generate new business through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and nurturing existing client relationships. Organizing and attending trades shows / other networking conferences. Serve as the primary contact for event inquiries, qualifying leads and guiding them through the booking process. Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, close contracts, and manage all associated documentation. Collaborate with the Events Associate, Operations Manager, vendors, and other partners to coordinate event logistics and site tours. Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue, meet KPIs, and maintain a healthy event calendar. Understand client needs and deliver tailored event solutions that enhance experience and support budget goals. Maintain strong knowledge of the venue’s features to effectively present and promote Steele Wheels’ capabilities. Support the creation and execution of marketing initiatives that drive awareness and new business. What Steele Wheels needs from you: Previous sales and client relationship management experience. Ability to learn/navigate different sales software’s (CRMs). Critical thinking ability to navigate complex sales agreements. Confidence under pressure.
