Position Overview:
Our client, a leading medical technology firm specializing in aesthetic treatments, is seeking a Marketing Director to join their team for a 14-16 month contract. This role requires mandatory in-office presence from Monday to Friday located in Richmond Hill.
As the Marketing Director, you'll spearhead branding and integrated communications, driving brand awareness, promotions, and lead generation. You’ll oversee strategic marketing campaigns, website integration, public relations, and social media strategy to enhance the company's market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute media and influencer strategies in partnership with PR teams and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
- Oversee and craft content for influencer promotions and partnerships; guide influencer and celebrity branding and marketing initiatives.
- Direct the production and delivery of social media content, including design, editing, and copywriting.
- Create compelling copy for internal and external communications, including media releases, interviews, and social media posts.
- Maintain and update company and affiliate websites, ensuring effective design and budget management.
- Supervise digital lead generation efforts, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up.
- Collaborate with Operations and Sales teams to refine lead follow-up processes and search criteria based on feedback.
- Manage email marketing campaigns, including ideation, copywriting, design, and reporting, using CRM and email platforms.
- Optimize digital paid advertising efforts, including search, display, and social media ads. Analyze performance, manage budgets, and report on ROI.
- Design and produce marketing assets for new product launches, and share these materials across internal and external channels.
- Manage relationships with external marketing and PR vendors and key digital partners.
- Assist senior management in tracking and analyzing digital marketing performance and KPIs.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of senior marketing experience in the medical equipment or healthcare sector is preferred.
- Proven experience in B2B digital marketing and lead generation.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to manage teams and external vendors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of creating impactful marketing content.
- Proficiency in digital marketing and social media management tools.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
