Manage legal invoice volume and workflow in accordance with customized customer standards. Use the proprietary Legal Spend Management platforms to implement and manage complex workflows, invoice routing, and customer requirements for data collection. Build strong customer relationships by providing value that is mission‑critical to our partners’ success. Additional Functions and Responsibilities (English) Perform other duties as assigned. Support the organization’s quality program(s). Qualifications (English) Education: Bachelor’s degree in law from an accredited university (LL.B). Licensed lawyer preferred, but non‑practicing status accepted. Experience: Five (5) years of related experience in insurance defense litigation, insurance claims, litigation, or legal spend management, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Bilingual French/English strongly preferred. Knowledge of insurance, claims, or business management. Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills. PC literate, including Microsoft Office products and Excel, PowerPoint. Analytical and interpretive skills. Strong organizational skills. Excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation skills. Ability to work in a team environment. Ability to meet or exceed performance expectations. Responsabilités et Qualifications (Français) Objectif : En tant que membre de l’équipe d’experts en vérification des factures, vous travaillerez avec des avocats de la défense en assurance, des juristes et des cadres de l’industrie. Principales fonctions et responsabilités : Compréhension et expérience approfondies en litiges au Canada. Appliquer et évaluer des protocoles de gestion des dépenses juridiques. Discuter avec les clients pour développer et/ou améliorer les directives et les stratégies de gestion des dépenses juridiques. Communiquer efficacement avec les cabinets d’avocats pour discuter des questions de conformité et des nuances applicables en matière d’exigences liées à la facturation. Gérer le volume de factures juridiques et le flux de travail conformément aux normes personnalisées du client. Utiliser les plateformes exclusives de gestion des dépenses juridiques pour mettre en œuvre et gérer des workflows complexes, l’acheminement des factures et les exigences de collecte de données. Établir des relations solides avec les clients en apportant une valeur ajoutée essentielle à la réussite des partenaires. Autres fonctions et responsabilités : Effectuer les tâches qui sont confiées. Soutenir le(s) programme(s) de qualité de l’organisation. Qualifications : Baccalauréat en droit obtenu auprès d’une université accréditée (LL.B). Être membre d’un barreau canadien. Statut avocat non pratique accepté. Expérience : Cinq (5) ans d’expérience dans le domaine des litiges en matière d’assurance, des réclamations d’assurance, du contentieux ou de la gestion des dépenses juridiques, ou une combinaison équivalente d’études et d’expérience. Compétences et connaissances : Bilingual French/English. Excellente compréhension et communication orale et écrite en anglais. Connaissance en assurance, réclamations ou gestion des affaires. Excellente communication orale et écrite, y compris présentations. Compétences informatiques, notamment les produits Microsoft Office, Excel et PowerPoint. Capacités d’analyse et d’interprétation. Fortes capacités d’organisation. Excellentes aptitudes interpersonnelles. Excellentes compétences en négociation. Capacité à travailler en équipe.
