Job Description Insight Global is looking for a data focused Business Analyst with strong wealth management knowledge. This role will bridge business needs with data insights, helping shape how we view revenue generation and client suitability. Key Responsibilities: Ability to build and manage relationships with senior leaders providing thought leadership for informed decision making Ability to collaborate and guide discussions on approach, scope, etc. with various stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, analysts, legal, PR, development, QA, etc. to deliver accurate positioning and storytelling of products and solutions. Elicit and document business requirements in order to construct personas, identify user profiles, and write requirement documents. Translate complex financial metrics (capital allocation, revenue attribution, cost of capital, etc.) into actionable specifications. Ability to work on process mapping and gap analysis by documenting the current state and future state workflows with alignment with data architecture and business goals. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), scenario modeling, and reporting requirements for executive dashboards and assist in change management, training, and communication efforts during tool rollout.
