This role will contribute to Atlantic’s digital delivery portfolio, underpinning strategic initiatives focused on systems, data, and automation.The role involves ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of the ERP transformation program, partnering with the ERP Transformation Director to lead Business Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts in executing the ERP deployment, managing program plans, milestones, and deliverables.As a Functional Lead, this role will facilitate business process development, translate business needs into technical requirements, and act as a bridge between functional areas and technical teams.Location: Scarborough, Ontario (currently hybrid)ResponsibilitiesLead as the Functional lead on the ERP project from conception to implementation.Partner with the ERP Transformation Director to lead business functional teams, ensuring effective transformation and realization of business outcomes.Build strong relationships with business and functional leaders to ensure engagement and involvement.Proactively consult, challenge, and escalate issues, serving as a strategic partner.Lead elicitation, analysis, validation, and documentation of business requirements and processes.Translate requirements into system designs, including documentation and prototypes.Support design, construction, and implementation phases, reviewing design documents and ensuring requirements are met.Lead QA, testing strategies, and coordinate testing initiatives, reviewing defects and prioritizing fixes.Manage change and transition projects to business-as-usual activities.Travel within North America may be required.Role RequirementsUniversity Degree in Business, IT, or related field.Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, PBA).10+ years’ experience leading ERP and related technology implementations, preferably in manufacturing.Experience in business analysis, process modeling, data modeling, prototyping, and systems integration.Familiarity with delivery methodologies like Waterfall, Agile, SAFE.Experience with CRM, ERP, MES, Supply Chain, Financial Systems.Knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and Data Governance is an asset.Fluency in French is an asset.CompetenciesCustomer Focus: Prioritizes customer needs, responds effectively, and maintains communication.Decision Quality: Assesses risks and benefits, makes informed decisions, and considers long-term impacts.Drive for Results: Achieves goals within timelines, demonstrates energy and perseverance.Leadership: Demonstrates integrity, motivates others, and models expected behaviors.Teamwork: Collaborates effectively, shares ideas, and fulfills commitments.Ownership Mentality: Acts with responsibility, upholds organizational values, and takes appropriate risks.Seniority levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionResearch, Analyst, and Information TechnologyIndustriesPackaging and Containers Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
