Banner Reporting to the Store Manager, you will assist in leading the store environment, fostering inclusivity and diverse customer connections.

In this role you will be responsible for modeling service standards, coaching the team, and driving store objectives such as in‑store sales, web orders, and other goals directed by the Store Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Assume a leadership role with responsibility for maximizing store business results by consistently creating exceptional customer experiences. Maintain exceptional product and industry trend knowledge. Co‑model a shopping experience that encourages responsive customer service, compelling merchandise presentation, and operational integrity to foster customer connections and loyalty. Coach and provide feedback as directed by Store Management to achieve segment success.

Foster teamwork, collaboration and change advocacy within the store and district. Maintain effective, open lines of communication with the Store Manager. Open and close the store proficiently.

Qualifications

Open, approachable, and outgoing attitude when interacting with customers and coworkers. Excellent customer service skills and strong will to assist customers. Motivated and driven to achieve results. Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced team environment.

Openness to learn and develop new skills. Flexibility and ability to quickly adopt to change. Ability to work a variety of scheduled shifts, including closing shifts and weekends as required.
