We’re hiring an **Operations & Growth Coordinator** to help manage daily operations, improve systems, and support growth. You’ll be the bridge between clients, cleaners, and management — helping Nestly run smoothly and scale confidently.

**What You’ll Do**
- Manage daily scheduling and job coordination for residential, Airbnb, and light commercial cleanings.
- Communicate with clients for booking confirmations, changes, and feedback.
- Recruit, schedule, and support cleaners and field staff.
- Track inventory and supplies; manage product restocks and distribution.
- Handle follow-ups, reschedules, and re-bookings to keep jobs consistent.
- Step in for on-site visits or light cleanings in emergencies.
- Provide weekly progress reports on bookings, client retention, and cleaner performance.

**What We’re Looking For**
- 1+ year experience in **cleaning, hospitality, or service operations** (required).
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Professional, trustworthy, and self-driven.
- **Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).**:

- Comfortable managing multiple clients, staff, and tasks daily.
- Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, WhatsApp, or scheduling tools.

**Compensation & Perks**
- $2,100/month base salary + bonuses & commissions
- .Performance bonuses for recurring client growth and business expansion.
- Commissions for new clients brought in directly.
- Fuel reimbursement for travel **outside the GTA** or emergency job coverage.
