* Transmettre les objectifs régionaux relatifs au volume et à la distribution des marques aux directeurs de district et fournir un encadrement et de la rétroaction en fonction du rendement.* Communiquer les objectifs de placement par marque dans les points de ventes (ex.: étalages). Mesurer les progrès par rapport aux normes; fournir un encadrement et de la rétroaction selon le rendement et les motivateurs individuels.* Effectuer trois visites dans le marchéavec les directeurs de district chaque semaine et fournir une rétroaction conformément au processus de Corby.* Réaliser des réunions individuelles tous les mois avec tous les directeurs de district afin d'établir des objectifs de développement et de fournir aux directeurs* Contribuer à tous les salons et événements professionnel dans la région.* Agir de façon coopérative et efficace au sein de l'équipe.* Exécuter toutes les exigences administratives au besoin.* Diplôme universitaire* Au moins 3 à 5 années d'expérience en vente, en supervision ou en tant que chef d'équipe dans un domaine connexe ou complémentaire* Compréhension démontrée du marché, connaissance des produits et techniques de vente professionnelles* Antécédents manifestes prouvant l'obtention continue de résultats* Excellentes compétences de communication et interpersonnelles* Grande capacité à gérer le temps et à établir des priorités* Capacité à identifier les principaux motivateurs parmi les directeurs de district et à en tirer parti afin d'obtenir d'excellents résultats* Antécédents manifestes prouvant l'obtention continue de résultats* Motivé et autonome* Grand sens de l'organisation, attention portée aux détails et grande rigueur* À l'aise avec le travail en équipe* Excellente connaissance de Microsoft Office* Expérience antérieure avec CRM,* Déplacements exigés, certains séjours de nuit nécessaires* Permis de conduire valide.* Cascade regional brand volume and distribution objectives to District Managers and provides coaching and feedback based on performance.* Communicates established standards for shelving, display, and POS by brand. Measures progress against standards; provides coaching and feedback based on performance and individual motivators.* Executes 3 gate to gate route rides with District Managers weekly and documents opportunities and feedback in line with Corby process.* Conducts monthly one to one meetings with all District Managers to set development goals and to provide the opportunity to give and receive feedback.* Supports all tradeshows and sampling events in the region* Functions cooperatively and effectively within a team environment* Conducts all administrative requirements as needed.* University degree* Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, supervisory or team lead experience in a related or complimentary field* Demonstrated understanding of the market, product knowledge, and professional selling techniques* Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering results* Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Strong time management, prioritization abilities* Ability to identify key District Manager motivators and leverage to extraordinary results* Demonstrated track record of consistently delivering results* Self-motivated and self-directed* Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy* Team player* Proficient in Microsoft office* Previous experience with CRM preferably Sales Force.com* Travel required, some overnight stays necessary* Must have a valid driver’s licensePernod Ricard is a worldwide leader in the spirits industry, with consolidated sales of €11.6 Billion in 2024, blending traditional craftsmanship, state-of-the-art brand development, and global distribution technologies.
