Opportunity Parsons is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to support our Infrastructure business in Canada. This position will also provide recruiting support to the global Infrastructure business as needed. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of full-cycle recruiting for technical and professional roles within the infrastructure sector. Your ability to source top talent, build relationships, and influence hiring decisions will be critical in driving recruitment efforts in this dynamic and competitive market. Responsibilities Collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify and source qualified professionals for infrastructure projects across Canada. Proactively source, evaluate, and present candidates to meet current and future staffing needs in areas such as transportation, urban development, water, and energy systems. Build trust and strong relationships with hiring managers by delivering results on key positions. Develop and maintain relationships with technical, professional, and management talent across Canada. Represent Parsons at job fairs, networking events, and industry conferences to attract top-tier talent. Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities in the company Applicant Tracking System (ATS). Collaborate with hiring managers and HR teams to develop competitive job offers and extend offers to candidates. Ensure compliance with Canadian employment regulations, labour laws, and best practices throughout the recruitment process. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 7+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 3 years focused on technical and professional roles within the infrastructure sector in Canada. Proven track record of success recruiting for high-demand roles in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of provincial labour laws and employment standards across Canada, including Quebec, Ontario, British Columbia, and Alberta. Understanding of Federal Contractors Program (FCP) requirements and experience ensuring compliance with FCP obligations. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required. Preferred Qualifications Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP) or Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) designation. Experience recruiting for infrastructure projects in Canada, including transportation, urban development, water, and energy systems. Knowledge of union relations and collective agreements, particularly within the infrastructure sector in Canada. Knowledge of diversity hiring practices and strategies to attract underrepresented groups in the Canadian workforce. Responsabilités spécifiques : Collaborer étroitement avec les gestionnaires d’embauche pour identifier et recruter des professionnels qualifiés pour des projets d’infrastructure à travers le Canada. Rechercher, évaluer et présenter de manière proactive des candidats pour répondre aux besoins actuels et futurs en personnel dans des domaines tels que le transport, le développement urbain, les systèmes d’eau et d’énergie. Établir des relations de confiance et solides avec les gestionnaires d’embauche en livrant des résultats sur des postes clés. Développer et maintenir des relations avec des talents techniques, professionnels et de gestion à travers le Canada. Représenter Parsons lors de salons de l’emploi, d’événements de réseautage et de conférences industrielles pour attirer des talents de premier ordre. Maintenir des dossiers précis des activités de recrutement dans le système de gestion des candidatures (ATS) de l’entreprise. Collaborer avec les gestionnaires d’embauche et les équipes RH pour développer des offres d’emploi compétitives et les présenter aux candidats. Assurer la conformité avec les réglementations canadiennes en matière d’emploi, les lois du travail et les meilleures pratiques tout au long du processus de recrutement.
