About the role As a Data & BI Analyst , you will make an impact by transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will be a valued member of the Data Analytics team, collaborating with stakeholders across multiple domains to design scalable data solutions and deliver compelling visualizations. In this role, you will: Build and optimize scalable data pipelines integrating SQL, Snowflake, and other cloud platforms to ensure data accuracy and availability. Develop dynamic dashboards and reports using Power BI and Tableau to enable data-driven decision-making. Lead data governance initiatives, including metadata management and data quality monitoring using Collibra and related tools. Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into analytical solutions and deliver impactful data stories. Implement automated data quality checks and lineage tracking to maintain trust and compliance across enterprise datasets. Work model We strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role’s business requirements, this is a remote position open to qualified applicants in Toronto, ON. What you need to have to be considered 7+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, and data governance. Strong proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and cloud data platforms such as Snowflake. Hands‑on experience with data governance tools (Collibra, Alation) and ETL/automation tools like Alteryx. Solid understanding of statistical analysis and data storytelling for business impact. Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Azure DevOps. These will help you stand out Knowledge of Python, R, and advanced statistical modeling techniques. Familiarity with Power Platform and integration with BI solutions. Experience designing enterprise data governance frameworks and KPI dashboards. Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to lead cross‑functional workshops.
