Position Overview: We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to craft compelling content across social media, email, print, and the website, to drive engagement and align with company objectives. This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, proven experience in digital marketing content creation, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in short-form video creation, innovative thinking, and project management abilities are essential. Familiarity with the financial services and insurance industry is a plus.

As Digital Marketing Specialist Your Responsibilities Are To:
- Create compelling and relevant content for social media, email campaigns, and the website to attract and engage our target audience.
- Develop and implement a digital marketing content strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct regular audits of brand messaging to ensure authenticity, alignment with our global mission, and adherence to our service models.
- Stay informed about industry trends and incorporate best practices into content creation.
- Utilize HubSpot to develop reporting dashboards and analyze performance metrics. Optimize content based on insights to enhance reach and engagement.
- Foster engagement on digital platforms with strategic businesses to build a vibrant digital community.
- Provide guidance and support to Nesso teammates on their individual content development strategies.
- Support relationships with local chambers, media outlets, and community leaders through the creation of tailored content.
- Lead marketing initiatives for events, conferences, and sponsorships to drive attendance, increase brand visibility, and bolster engagement.
Spearhead post-event email marketing and develop feedback mechanisms to measure the success of events .
