Strategic Recruitment Partner: Collaborate closely with directors to understand their specific needs and support them throughout the recruitment process.
Talent Acquisition Expertise: Responsible for posting job openings, screening applications, conducting phone and in-person interviews to identify and recommend top talents to our teams.
Onboarding and Personalized Follow-Up: Coordinate the onboarding of new employees, ensuring their satisfaction and contributing to their success within our company.
HR Innovations: Participate in developing innovative strategies to attract and retain talents, while maintaining key relationships with academic institutions and placement agencies.
Efficient Administrative Support: Manage HR-related documentation meticulously, facilitate ongoing employee training, and contribute to the management of health and safety records.
Requirements:
Education and Skills: AEC or DEC in Human Resources Management/Administration is required. Applications from recent graduates without experience are also welcome.
Personal Qualities: Autonomous, meticulous, resourceful, with excellent communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
Technology and Social Media: Comfortable with virtual recruitment platforms and social networks to identify top profiles.
