This individual will provide guidance on tools, process improvements, and management of optimization projects. Ultimately, they are leading the organization’s efforts to improve gross margin & sales process. Responsibilities Optimize existing processes for sales strategy with the goal of improving efficiency and achieving forecast accuracy and net sales targets Support Category teams to develop a future year marketing plan aligned with customer needs and executable Develop and lead annual customer/channel and trade planning process to deliver Gross Sales, Net Sales and Trade targets, ensuring linkage to brand/category strategies Own promotional strategy; handles post-event promotion analytics, including guideline development and changes to promo calendar for top customers Identify opportunities, risks and solutions that balance customer and business needs. Create category stories to support the execution of the 4P trade strategy across regions and channels Own the communication of customer forecasts and impact of key demand drivers to internal stakeholders, to inform aligned demand plan.
