We’re looking for an Account Executive — someone who has already proven they can perform in a relationship-driven B2B sales environment and is ready to step into a larger territory, more complex product, and higher-impact accounts. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being in the field , building long-term relationships, selling a somewhat technical product , and balancing new business development with account growth. You don’t need to be a “closer for life” yet — but you do need strong signals that you’re on that path. Requirements: Based in the GTA , with a valid driver’s license and access to your own vehicle. This is a field-based role — you’ll be meeting customers regularly and managing your territory in person. 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience (non-retail preferred), ideally in a relationship-driven or consultative sales environment. Demonstrated ability to build trust over time , navigate longer sales cycles, and work with multiple stakeholders (e.g., contractors, designers, dealers, or technical buyers). Comfortable selling a technical or specialized product — you don’t need to be an engineer, but you should enjoy learning products deeply and explaining value clearly. Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal). French is an asset , but not required. Organized, self-directed, and able to manage your pipeline, follow-ups, and territory without heavy oversight. Resilient and performance-oriented — you’ve hit targets before and want to keep raising the bar. Responsibilities: Prospect and develop new B2B accounts , including cold outreach, email, inbound lead follow-up, and on-site meetings. Manage and grow existing accounts , providing ongoing support, product guidance, and relationship management. Assist customers with orders, returns, and day-to-day account needs, ensuring a high-quality customer experience. Support the launch of new products and special initiatives across your territory. Organize and deliver training sessions, dealer education, and lunch & learns for distribution partners and industry professionals. Play a key role in supporting larger strategic accounts — updating displays, providing samples, running product trainings, and identifying growth opportunities.
