Your New Role As the Senior Property Administrator , you'll play a key role in supporting the management of an office high-rise portfolio in downtown Calgary. This position involves overseeing day-to-day administrative operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and maintaining strong tenant relationships. You'll handle lease administration, accounts payable/receivable, budgeting support, and vendor coordination. Additionally, you'll assist with monthly and quarterly reporting, manage service contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards. What You Need to Succeed Minimum 5 years of experience in property administration, ideally within commercial office or mixed-use assets. Strong understanding of lease documentation, financial reporting, and property management processes. Proficiency in property management software (Yardi experience preferred) and advanced MS Office skills. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional communication skills and a client-focused approach. Ability to work independently while supporting a collaborative team environment.
