Sr. Account Executive – Two-Way Radio Solutions Our client is a leading film and communications rental company expanding its two‑way radio rental and sales division to meet growing demand for Radio Frequency communication solutions. I am looking for a Sr. Account Executive with deep knowledge of two‑way radio communication systems to drive business expansion, manage strategic accounts, and provide tailored RF solutions across multiple industries. Your expertise in RF solutions will be critical in helping clients design and implement effective communication systems tailored to their needs. Key Responsibilities Business Expansion & Market Growth Identify and pursue new market opportunities in warehousing, logistics, construction, government, and large‑scale event production. Develop and implement sales pipelines, pricing models, and go‑to‑market strategies for RF solutions. Establish partnerships with key RF technology manufacturers and distributors to expand product offerings. Technical Sales & RF System Solutions Conduct consultative sales meetings with clients to assess their RF communication needs. Design and propose tailored two‑way radio systems, including repeaters, antennas, frequency configurations, and coverage mapping. Provide expert guidance on RF signal propagation, interference mitigation, and spectrum allocation. Strategic Positioning & Revenue Growth Drive $800K – $1M+ in annual revenue growth through targeted sales efforts. Manage high‑value contracts and RFPs for clients requiring large‑scale RF deployments. Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent) to track pipeline performance and analyze market trends. Qualifications & Requirements Must‑Have Experience 5+ years of experience in RF sales, two‑way radio communications, or related industries. Proven ability to sell technical RF solutions, including repeaters, antennas, and other communication infrastructure. Strong understanding of frequency management, radio coverage planning, and RF system integration. Preferred Experience Existing relationships within the RF technology industry, including manufacturers and large‑scale end‑users. Experience selling RF solutions to industrial, event‑based, or government sectors. Background in RF system design, programming, and field testing. Soft Skills & Capabilities Consultative sales expertise—ability to develop custom RF solutions tailored to client needs. Entrepreneurial mindset—comfortable building and scaling a business unit. Collaboration skills—ability to work alongside technical engineers and service teams. Who This Role Is NOT For General telecom sales professionals (WiFi, broadband, cellular services); salespeople with no experience in radio frequency communications; candidates without technical knowledge of two‑way radios, repeaters, or RF infrastructure.
