What will you do? Sales and Marketing collaboration: work closely with sales, marketing communications, and product teams to drive and measure execution of brand campaigns and promotional offers in the field. Own market intelligence, sourcing needs from the field, and competitive activity to inform marketing campaigns. Support both marketing and field teams to ensure flawless execution of growth initiatives, e.g., rebates administration. Develop and execute local initiatives with the regions, e.g., home shows and events. Lead forecasting efforts for promotional items, offers, and new products. Lead bi‑weekly regional connects that drive collaboration, plan execution, and demand generation. Manage local budget and field‑facing sales. What do you bring? 5‑7 years of experience in marketing or sales with a specific focus on consumer markets and driving customer acquisition and/or attrition initiatives; experience in home comfort or adjacent industries is an asset. Agency & Vendor Management: experience managing creative and media partners to deliver on time and on budget. Strategic thinker with proven ability to grow sales through team collaboration. Project Management skills, proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns and projects. Equally comfortable with performing strategic work and tactical execution. Strong ability to build relationships, drive change through influence, and keep people accountable. Analytical, familiar with data analysis. Comfortable with ambiguity and matrix organizations. Demonstrated ability to work with internal sales groups and internal marketing communications group. Business degree or equivalent.
