**The Opportunity**:
We are seeking an experienced Field Marketing Manager to oversee practice-facing marketing support across our network. This role will serve as the primary field representative of the Marketing team, focusing on local practice field support and cross-departmental collaboration. The Marketing Manager will work closely with the broader Marketing team to streamline processes, strengthen field relationships, and enhance localized marketing efforts within our community. This is a full-time, permanent position based in Toronto, Ontario (Hybrid).

**What You Will Love Doing - Key Responsibilities**:

- Acting as the primary liaison between field and Corus operations team to understand business objectives and implement marketing programs to meet those objectives.
- Partnering with Marketing and Ops teams to support annual planning and budgeting; help to determine broad-scale fiscal year marketing initiatives for the network, determine budgets, manage RM and Ops communications, prep material, templates, budget reviews, etc.
- Driving local marketing strategies - evaluating individual practice needs with the Regional Manager to find opportunities in SEO, Google Profile optimization, Social Media presence, community event opportunities, in-office program ideas.
- Vendor management
- working with practices to sunset existing vendor contracts and onboard with Corus preferred vendors.
- Supporting the Communications and Operations team in drafting, editing, and distributing sensitive patient communications as well as marketing initiatives, needs, and upcoming projects/events.
- Owning the practice marketing resource library (guides, toolkits, cheat sheets)
- optimizing existing assets, creating net new assets, and leveling up the Regional Manager team with training and resources as needed.
- Owning the Canva Enterprise Hub
- working with designer to create new assets/templates and optimize existing ones, managing users, platform effectiveness, brand kits, training, etc.
- Owning monthly Marketing Forms
- leading live sessions, developing annual lesson roadmap, building content and training assets, coordinating with the field for guest speakers, posting recordings and descriptions to company intranet.
- Source and manage agency support for local practice needs if/when required.
- Supports Senior Marketing Manager and Operations team in streamlining the New Patient Process.
- Potential to lead a Marketing Specialist as the team and network grows.
- Travelling up to 10%.

**All About You**:

- Highly organized with the ability to manage numerous requests, projects, and inquiries.
- Systematic by nature, with expertise in building procedures for strategic workflows.
- Personable, friendly, and comfortable presenting to large and small groups.
- You are a self-starter, who is willing to roll up your sleeves in order to make work happen.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Communications.
- 6-8 years of B2C marketing experience required with minimum 5 years of manager-level experience.
- Multi-location, multi-brand, DSO/OSO, or robust agency account management experience required.
- Orthodontic, dental, or healthcare experience preferred.
- Robust experience with project management tools
- ideally Asana.
- Experience in building programs, processes, workflows, and operational development for a department segment.
- Experience in B2C local marketing initiatives, such as event planning, referral programs, SEO, reputation management.
- Familiar with how to analyze marketing performance data and develop localized, scalable marketing strategies across multiple locations.
- Experience with Canva Enterprise
- templates, brand kits, onboarding, training.
- Experience with Enterprise level
- Reputation Management systems and optimization of Social Media platforms (Facebook, Instagram), and Google Business Profile best practices.
