Food Services Department Manager – Full Time We are looking for a Food Services Department Manager to lead our fast‑paced team. If you have a proven record of excellent customer service and sales growth, join our growing team What you’ll do Hire, motivate and mentor team members. Lead, coach and train team members to maintain the highest level of productivity and engagement. Resolve team member and customer issues as they arise. Maintain merchandising and operational standards. Uphold company policies and procedures including health & safety, food safety, and loss prevention. Manage merchandise, inventory, schedule, and financial objectives. Implement initiatives that support company objectives. Monitor local competitors and respond to market conditions. Provide exceptional customer service to team members, customers, and vendors. What we are looking for Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a food services department with management experience. Strong financial knowledge and a proven track record of meeting financial targets. Proficiency with computers and quick learning of new systems. Knowledge of employment standards, WHMIS, food safety, and loss prevention practices. Ability to role model and inspire behavior consistent with company values. Strong coaching and mentoring skills. Ownership to resolve issues with a sense of urgency. Effective communication and listening skills. Creative skills to design eye‑catching displays. Work Environment Store retail environment.
