**Job Overview:**  

We're seeking an enthusiastic Public Relations Sales Promoter to assist our CEO and fractional CFO during and outside the Collision Tech Conference in June. As an Alfa Startup, we're showcasing our product and raising funds at this premier event. The ideal candidate will help us network, organize meetings, engage with potential investors and partners to promote our innovative platforms, and assist in fundraising efforts both at and external to the conference.


**Responsibilities:**  

- Represent ReserveWinter.com at the Collision Tech Conference alongside the CEO and fractional CFO.

- Assist the CEO and fractional CFO in networking, contacting potential partners, and scheduling meetings through the Collision app.

- Organize project activities during the three-day event, including booth management, strategic meetings, and tracking opportunities.

- Promote ReserveWinter.com's ecosystem to investors, industry leaders, potential partners, and the media.

- Manage public relations efforts, including drafting press releases, contacting media, and securing interviews.

- Track all meetings, conversations, and opportunities, ensuring comprehensive follow-ups.

- Maintain and organize contact information using HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Excel.

- Proactively seek opportunities to promote ReserveWinter.com through various media channels.

- Assist in securing funding by connecting with potential investors and establishing meaningful relationships.

- Conduct fundraising outreach efforts, including scheduling meetings with potential investors outside of the conference.

- Capture and document feedback and opportunities for post-conference follow-up.


**Qualifications:**  

- Prior experience in sales, public relations, or business development.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to network effectively and establish meaningful relationships.

- Highly organized with excellent project management skills.

- Familiarity with HubSpot, Mailchimp, and Excel.

- Experience in contact management and project management.

- Passion for winter sports and travel is a plus.

- Familiarity with SaaS platforms and the travel/sports industry is advantageous.

- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
