The Role As Operations Manager, you’ll be the linchpin between project execution and business strategy. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, support project teams, and ensure that commercial construction projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage operational activities across multiple commercial construction projects Collaborate with project managers to optimize schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and quality Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and contractual requirements Support business development and client relationship initiatives Mentor and develop high-performing teams What You Bring Proven experience in commercial construction, ideally with a project management background Strong leadership and organizational skills Deep understanding of construction operations, scheduling, and budgeting Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Why Apply?
