You will execute the sales strategy, engage existing customers, identify their needs, and sell appropriate Nitro solutions to meet those needs. This role is an opportunity for an experienced SaaS Sales Professional in a rapidly expanding global organization. Your Impact Develop a strong understanding of customers and serve as a trusted advisor Drive existing customer relationships and ensure customers are achieving the full potential of their current investment (expand usage of Nitro within new teams and departments) Drive revenue growth within the current customer base, prospect and build a pipeline, while building strong personal relationships with existing customers Develop and execute on a strategic plan for the territory and create a reliable forecast Embrace a growth mindset and inspire those around you to perform at a higher level while effectively leveraging resources Work to develop and circulate best practices that will be the foundation of this growing team Partner cross-functionally within Nitro (and with channel partners, as required) to gather data, drive product adoption, and ensure customers leverage the solution to achieve full business value Listen to the needs of the market and share with the product and marketing teams What We Are Looking For 2+ years of quota-carrying sales experience (retention/expansion) Experience with SaaS sales and Salesforce.com platform Experience carrying a revenue/bookings target with the ability to develop compelling strategies that deliver results Excellent communication, negotiation, and forecasting skills Demonstrated ability to find and manage high-level business in an evangelistic sales environment Ability to assess business opportunities and read prospective buyers Ability to orchestrate the closure of business with an accurate understanding of customer needs Ability to include multiple partners and members of the company management team to position products against direct and indirect competitors A team player Creative mindset Fluent English (French and/or Spanish are a bonus) Why Nitro Flex Time Off – Work-life balance is important at Nitro; offers Flex Time Off for holidays, family time, or appointments Hybrid Work – Three days of in-person collaboration at global offices in Toronto, Dublin, Antwerp, Porto, and Melbourne, with two days of remote work each week Benefits – Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, wellness perks, pension/401k matching, and country-specific benefits Nitro strongly encourages applications from everyone regardless of race, religion, colour, national origin, gender, sexual orientation, age, marital status or disability status.
