Posted Friday, January 16, 2026 at 5:00 AM About eSentire eSentire is on a mission to hunt, investigate and stop cyber threats before they become business disrupting events. We were founded on the premise that if you can’t find a solution, you build it. Entrepreneurship and innovation are in our DNA. Our culture is based on transparency, teamwork, and continuous innovation. As the authority in Managed Detection and Response, we protect the critical data and applications of 2000+ organizations in 80+ countries, across 35 industries from known and unknown cyber threats. Role Overview The Senior Marketing Operations Manager will be the engine behind our go-to-market execution. You will be responsible for developing and refining the marketing operations function within a hyper-growth environment. This role isn't just about managing tools; it’s about GTM Engineering —architecting sophisticated data flows, leveraging AI to automate business processes, and building a transparent, data-driven culture. The ideal candidate is a "builder" who can manage complex projects from conception to completion, aligning diverse stakeholders and prioritizing high-impact initiatives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Architect & Integrate: Manage the strategy, configuration, and optimization of our MarTech stack (Pardot, 6sense, Qualified, Salesforce). Advanced Orchestration: Utilize Clay and other GTM engineering tools to automate marketing workflows, enrich lead data, and create highly personalized at-scale motions. AI Implementation: Identify opportunities to augment and enhance existing business processes with AI to drive efficiency in content distribution, lead routing, and data cleansing. Lead Lifecycle: Build and maintain best-in-class lead management programs, including complex lead scoring, multi-touch attribution, and automated lead assignment. Strategic Project & Stakeholder Management Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Channel to ensure GTM strategies are aligned and technically feasible. Stakeholder Management: Confidently manage relationships with senior leadership, presenting data-backed findings and gaining buy-in for operational shifts or new technology investments. Prioritization & Roadmap: Own the Marketing Ops roadmap; evaluate competing requests from various teams and prioritize projects based on their potential impact on revenue and scalability. Full-Cycle Project Management: Lead complex initiatives—from tool migrations to new lead-flow implementations—ensuring they are delivered on time, documented, and adopted by the end-users. Data Governance & Execution Agency Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact for external agencies to ensure marketing programs are executed flawlessly and tracked accurately. Data Hygiene: Act as the steward of the marketing database, ensuring data cleanliness, completeness, and seamless flow across the tech stack. Performance Measurement: Develop transparent, real-time dashboards (PowerBI/Salesforce) tracking KPIs such as ROI, conversion rates, and pipeline velocity. Qualifications 8 -10 years of proven experience in Marketing Operations, preferably in a B2B hyper-growth or public company environment. Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with Pardot (Account Engagement) and Salesforce. GTM Toolkit: Proven experience using Clay for data enrichment and workflow automation. Project Management: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects, manage timelines, and navigate the needs of multiple stakeholders simultaneously. Analytics: Proficiency in PowerBI or similar BI tools to distill complex data into actionable executive insights. Tech stack integration: Experience managing integrations across MarTech, RevOps, SalesOps, and external vendors. Experience with ABM platforms (6sense), content analytics, and intent data tools. AI Fluency: Experience implementing AI tools (LLMs, automation agents) to optimize marketing workflows. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills; able to translate technical "MarTech" speak into business value for non-technical stakeholders. Mindset: A "problem-solver" who can troubleshoot technical debt while maintaining a high-level strategic view of the business. Please note: If the selected candidate is eligible to work remotely, occasional travel to our head office in Waterloo will be required. Hiring Status Immediate Need (Existing Vacancy) Work Location If the successful candidate is located within 50 km of our Waterloo, Ontario office, this role will follow a hybrid schedule: work from home on Mondays and Fridays, and work onsite Tuesday through Thursday. Candidates residing more than 50 km from the office will work fully remote. Compensation Range The expected base salary range for this role is $125,000 to $140,000 CAD (exclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits). This range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. Actual compensation may vary depending on location and job-related factors such as qualifications, experience, knowledge, skills, and internal equity.
