Overview Job Description Location: Downtown Toronto / Hybrid (Expected at least 3 days/week in office)Full-Time: May 4, 2026 - end of August 2026 We’re looking for an early‑career professional who is excited to apply automation and AI (including agent‑based solutions) to real business processes. In this role, you will partner with a Director in Operations and cross‑functional SMEs to map workflows, identify automation and AI opportunities, pilot agentic use cases, and document standards so solutions can be scaled safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate brings technical acumen, clear communication, collaboration, and structured problem‑solving. Responsibilities Discover & scope opportunities: Facilitate quick assessments with Operations to identify high‑value automation/AI candidates (manual, repetitive, rules‑based, or document‑heavy workflows). Design agentic workflows: Help design and test small, safe AI agent pilots (e.g., triaging requests, generating draft responses, routing tasks, summarizing operations updates), working within our governance and security standards. Build and validate automations: Configure low‑code/no‑code automations; assist engineers with data prep; participate in QA/UAT to validate accuracy, latency, reliability, and edge cases. Operationalize & document: Create clear SOPs, runbooks, prompts/policies, exception handling, and handover materials so Operations can own the solution. Measure impact: Define baseline measures (time saved, error rates, SLA adherence) and report weekly on pilot outcomes; recommend iterate/expand/retire decisions. Change management: Draft user guides and quick‑start content; support enablement sessions; capture feedback for continuous improvement. Qualifications Must have: Currently enrolled in a co‑op/early talent program (Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related). Demonstrated technical acumen (e.g., scripting, data wrangling, low‑code tools, workflow design) and curiosity about AI agents and automation. Strong communication (clear writing, crisp visuals) and collaboration (co‑create with SMEs; incorporate feedback). Proven problem‑solving (hypothesis‑driven, comfortable with ambiguity, prioritizes impact). Organized, accountable, and able to work independently with guidance. Nice‑to‑have Skills: Experience with automation (e.g., workflow engines, RPA, connectors), prompting/LLM tools, or building small utilities. Familiarity with process mapping, SOP writing, or QA/testing. Comfort with data (CSV/Excel, SQL basics, dashboards) and version control. Benefits At Bond, we believe in investing in the next generation of innovators, leaders, and changemakers. Our Early Talent program offers you a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience, work alongside industry experts, and contribute to real client projects from day one. You’ll benefit from personalized mentorship, professional development workshops, and networking opportunities designed to accelerate your growth — plus moments that matter, like social events such as F1rst Thursdays and Kick‑Off gatherings, which make it easy to build relationships, connect with colleagues, and have fun along the way. Whether you’re looking to explore your career path, build in‑demand skills, or make a meaningful impact, Bond’s Early Talent program gives you the tools, support, and community you need to thrive. Compensation: The expected base compensation for this role is $23 to $27 CAD hourly. Use of Artificial Intelligence (AI): Bond uses AI tools during parts of the screening, assessment, and selection process, supporting a fair and efficient hiring process. We welcome applications from all qualified candidates; however, only those selected for an interview will be contacted.Vacancy Type: This posting is for a newly created vacancy within Bond. #J-18808-Ljbffr
