As a Retail Sales Associate, your dual focus will be on providing exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets based on trendy and performance sunglasses. You’ll build meaningful relationships with clients while maintaining a visually appealing store. Your role demands adherence to brand policies while fostering a collaborative team spirit and ensuring timely service.
Key Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets
• Assist customers with minor adjustments and repairs
• Maintain an organized and inviting store environment
• Uphold brand policies and procedures consistently
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of retail sales experience
• Punctuality and reliability in all shifts
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proven ability to exceed customer expectations
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
