- Utilize Sunglass Hut Experience tools for sales goals
- Coach and develop team members for top performance
- Hire and train staff according to onboarding procedures
- Build customer relationships through feedback and engagement
- Maintain impeccable execution of operational policies
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Leadership experience of 2+ years
- Expertise in store operations
- Detail-oriented with critical thinking skills
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
