Lead Sunglass Hut sales and store operations as an Assistant Manager I, using coaching and merchandising skills on a full-time schedule.
The Assistant Manager I partners with the Store or Multi Store Manager to oversee daily functions. This leadership position covers selling, coaching, merchandising, talent acquisition, and retail excellence. You will support associates, customer relationships, brand standards, and operational execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Use company tools to deliver sales plans and objectives
- Coach associates and support their growth and development
- Recruit talent and conduct interviews with store leadership
- Maintain merchandising standards and communicate brand promotions
- Execute operational policies and product learning
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED
- At least one year of experience
- Expertise in every aspect of store operation
- Detail-oriented approach to daily responsibilities
- Customer service or retail experience preferred
