Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Technical Support Expert, located in Toronto, ON. The Technical Support Expert will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution. Day‑to‑day tasks include analyzing customer issues, effectively communicating solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Qualifications Strong Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills Excellent Analytical Skills Effective Communication abilities Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Experience with video surveillance systems is a plus Core Skills Strong communication skills, ability to work and communicate with customers Strong experience with AWS deployment and cloud infrastructure management. Proficiency in Ansible — capable of writing, maintaining, and executing playbooks . Solid understanding of Linux base commands and system administration. Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management. Additional Skills (Preferred) Familiarity with K3s and CEPH . Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (spoken and written).
