Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site role for a Technical Support Expert, located in Toronto, ON. The Technical Support Expert will be responsible for providing technical support to customers, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring timely resolution. Day‑to‑day tasks include analyzing customer issues, effectively communicating solutions, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction. Proficiency in Ansible— capable of writing, maintaining, and executing playbooks. Solid understanding of Linux base commands and system administration. Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration and management. Additional Skills (Preferred) Familiarity with K3s and CEPH. Ability to communicate effectively in Spanish (spoken and written).
